Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Girls Love This order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, please contact us at girlslovethis.co@gmail.com before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at girlslovethis.co@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal-care, cosmetic, beauty, or hygiene products cannot be returned. Gift cards and final-sale items are also non-returnable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
